Discover the beauty of the Outer Himalayas and its foothills as you depart from Dehradun and enjoy a four day three night tour that takes you out into the wilderness. On the first day, you’ll be picked up from your hotel to settle in at the town of Nainital, a beautiful valley famed the most for Nainital Lake, where you'll go for a boat ride. Discover how this pear-shaped lake was formed and enjoy the bluegreen waters. Then you visit Naina Devi Temple for a closer look into local religious culture and spirituality. Get dinner and a good night's rest at the end of the day, as day 2 takes you sightseeing in Nainital. There are many areas in Nainital worth visiting, from Naina Peak to St. John in the Wilderness, numerous lookout points that gets you the most incredible panoramic photographs, visiting Gurney House, and more. Each visit feels magical as every stop feels like a separate world hidden away in the mountains in storybooks. Then it's shopping time at Mall Road, buying gifts and mementos for yourself and for people back home, and back to your lodgings for dinner. After breakfast the next day, you begin your drive toJ im Corbett National Park in the foothills of the Himalayas. This reserve is well known for all the wildlife that reside within it, including species of tiger, leopard and elephant. It's best known for the tigers, as the vegetation in the park makes living there ideal for the species. Enjoy a thrilling jungle safari as you explore its surroundings, spotting otters, fish-eating crocs and more. After your long exploration, it's dinner back at the hotel. After breakfast the next day, you’ll check out and head to the Garjiya Temple in Corbett, which is a splendid photo opportunity as the temple is perched atop a high rock with steps leading up to it. Strangely isolated, unique, and beautiful, it makes a memorable photo opportunity. After this, you will head back to Dehradun, and your adventure ends.
