- Children aged 10+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Only 1 child aged 0-4 per 2 paying adult can join the cruise free of charge. Succeeding children will be charged as child ticket (approximately), payable on site
- Child ticket: Age 5-9
- **Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount**
- Only 1 child aged 0-10 can be accommodated per cabin (shared cabin)

- Group travelers will be arranged to the appropriate cabin types
- Single travelers will be sharing a cabin with other traveler(s). If you wish to have your own cabin, a single supplement of VND 750,000+ will be charged to you
- The cruise may be canceled in cases of bad weather. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
- Please indicate any dietary requirements (e.g. if you want vegetarian options, if you have any food allergies, etc.) at checkout page
- If you’re running late due to any emergencies, please inform the operator as soon as possible via phone call. The operator’s customer service hotline can be found on your voucher

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
