- Children with a height of 141cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children with a height of 89cm or below can join this activity free of charge
- Water sports activities are available only for participants who are at least 120 cm in height.
- Due to weather conditions and safety concerns, participants under 16 or over 60 years of age are advised to carefully consider the potential risks before participating in water sports activities.

## What to wear
- It is recommended that you wear your swimsuit underneath your clothes before starting the tour.
- A surcharge of THB50 per person will apply if particpants will use the outdoor shower available at Koh Larn, payable onsite
- This is a shared tour, and pick-up/drop-off times may vary depending on your hotel location. Please refer to the time indicated on your voucher and be ready in the hotel lobby accordingly.
- An additional pick-up fee of 100 baht per person applies for locations outside the central Pattaya area, including the Jomtien region.
- This tour provides Song Thaew pick-up service, and after the Koh Larn tour, you will be transferred by van to Nong Nooch Tropical Garden.
- As this is a shared tour, the lunch location is fixed and cannot be changed.
- Beach chairs will be available everyday except Wednesday.
- This product is a shared tour involving international participants and is accompanied by local guide who speak basic English.
- Kindly follow the safety instructions from the local guide to enjoy the water sports safely. Join in only during the allowed time and if you're feeling well.
- The tour take place at Tawaen Beach, one of the various beaches on the island. Please note that it can be replaced by other beaches depending on weather conditions or sea conditions.
- For safety reasons, participants over 60 years and children may be restricted from joining certain water sports on-site depending on weather and other conditions. In such cases, a refund will be provided for the activities that cannot be undertaken.
- Parasailing is not allowed if you have surgical marks or scar on your legs. Additionally, it is only available to individuals weighing up to 100 kg. In some cases, those who are underweight may also be restricted from participating.
- For safety reasons, jet ski must be operated with a guide.
- Extending vehicle use after the tour will incur an additional charge of THB 200 per vehicle, per hour. Please pay this fee directly to the driver.
- The organizers or related parties are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by careless during water sports activities.
## Prohibitions & Limitations
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
