- Infants aged 0 to 2 travel for free but do not have a designated seat and meal. If a seat is required, please book a child ticket
- The tour guide will send a text message or make a phone call to confirm the final meeting time and vehicle plate number no later than 9:00 PM the day before the tour. Please ensure that the provided phone number is reachable. If there is no contact made within the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided on the confirmation voucher or contact customer service
- During peak travel seasons or under special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be slightly adjusted (the specific departure time will be notified by the tour guide). Please be prepared for any changes
- The scheduled travel times in the itinerary are for reference only and may vary depending on the actual circumstances of the day. In the event of special circumstances such as traffic congestion or weather conditions, the tour guide will communicate with the guests to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions visited. No refunds will be provided for park closures due to weather conditions
- If the final group size is less than 6 people, the vehicle type may be adjusted accordingly
- This product does not include personal travel insurance. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance according to your own situation

- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 day(s) before the activity starts
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
